Strengthening Systems for Public Investment Management in Timor-Leste – Project implemented by Asian Development Bank.  Responsibilities included: drafting amendments to laws and regulations to implement Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); drafting regulations on pollution control and on environmental standards; developing enforcement notices; developing standard conditions for environmental licensing; developing procedures for competent authorities for EIA and environmental licensing; training; and institutional capacity assessments.

Tashkent water and wastewater modernisation – Project funded by EBRD. Feasibility study with specific responsibilities for: institutional and organisational assessment; legislative analysis for EIA requirements; inputs to EIA Study.

UK Conformity Studies –  Project funded by European Commission. Detailed assessment of implementation of various EU environmental directives in the UK.

Capacity Building on European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (E-PRTR) in Turkey – Project funded by European Commission. Specific responsibilities included: Legal gap analysis and transposition needs; preparation of draft Regulation on PRTR; Regulatory Impact Assessment; draft Strategy for implementing PRTR in Turkey.

Policy and legal Advice Centre, Serbia – Project funded by European Commission. Specific responsibilities included: legal assessment and gap analysis of existing Serbian legislation in the area of waste management; drafting secondary legislation on various aspects of waste management.
